Your ideas and sketches will feed our ID-team to design stunning hardware which will be based on Taiwan-made tooling. From the procurement of electronic components to the complete production of assemblies – based mainly on active components which are from safe countries of origin, pure mechanical solutions, enclosures/housings or finished turnkey-products “ready for sale”, we have over 25 years of experience in OEM/ODM/JDM and one of the widest accesses to finest Taiwanese electronical and mechanical industry. From small production of only 100 units per order up to 100.000+ we are offering an almost unlimited production scalability while focusing sharply on quality in process & production management. One of the unbeaten Taiwanese strengths is the speed of creating samples which results in faster R&D cycles.

All our R&D projects are based on fixed prices to ensure total cost control for our partners and do cover the full range of electronic, mechanical, soft- and firmware design projects. Based on our long security industry experience our software teams are capable to system integrate complex features and functions, following exactly the need of our partner’s demand; even coding following the “MISRA standard” is not an obstacle. “2018 & 2019 Red Dot Award” winning inhouse designed IP-camera housings are only two of the success stories giving extra adding value to our partners product portfolio.
 
The product development process to kick-off new projects will start with the planning phase and project initialization by defining a PRD. Then the R&D development (EVT) phase will end to the A-run mock-up sample, followed by reliability verification phase (DVT) and its B-run. The pilot run (PVT) will finalize the tooling design and after positive C-gate review the mass production will start.
 
Essential part of R&D projects is obviously to take care for all necessary certifications, such like EMC, UL, FCC, TÜV, IEC or EN standards, which are all organized in accredited labs locally in Taiwan. Even the European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) standards are strictly followed with Security-by-Design, Security-by-Default, SBOM disclosure and minimum 5 years security patch services as well as continuous risk assessments during the entire product lifecycle. One of the advantages of using our certification services is based on the extreme long-term relationship with major labs who are ready to offer us their debug knowledge which significantly will reduce time and costs at our partners R&D efforts.
 
A safe supply chain is the most important factor in our industries and yet, we are daily challenged with EOL announcements of various component manufacturers. We spent enormous amount of time and money to develop a tailor-made ERP and PDM software to manage 250.000+ parts and components which are on daily basis crosschecked with EOL announcements from the market. Our automatic BOM list monitoring and regular risk assessment services will ensure early warning messages which are shared with our partners and corresponding early secure measurements are taken to avoid any possible supply chain issues.
